No. There’s no sign-up and no email. Your plan and tracker live in your browser.

No. You send every letter and fill in every form yourself. That keeps you in control, and it’s how the official processes are set up to work.

Yes. Click into the letter to edit it, then copy or download it. The highlighted parts are for you to fill in.

Yes, if they’ve asked you to help. The letter should come from them, or include their written OK for you to write on their behalf.

We can’t promise that, and no one honestly can. The publisher, the platform or Google decides. We help you make a clear, polite, well-backed request to the right people, in the right order.

Usually about 30 minutes of your time. Replies often take 2 to 6 weeks, and some sites don’t reply at all. Your plan includes a follow-up step for that.

Every plan has an “If the answer is no” section with the next options for your country, such as a complaints body, a privacy regulator or Google’s own forms.

On the free check and tracker, nothing leaves your browser unless you choose to save or download it. If you buy the letter pack, we store what you put in it so you can come back to it. The privacy policy has the details.

Only on our information pages, like this one, to count visits and see which pages help. There are none on the free check, the tracker, the letter pack workspace, the NameWatch page with its waitlist form, or anywhere else you type something.

Yes. The check, the plan, the letters, the official links and the tracker are free. The only paid thing is the optional US$19 letter pack for one link.

If you haven’t created your letter yet, you can refund the letter pack yourself within 7 days. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. See refunds.

No. We’re a self-service tool, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. If you need advice, for example about defamation, which has short time limits, talk to a lawyer. How to find one.
