Prices are in US dollars, and you can buy from anywhere. For buyers in Australia, the price includes GST.
Refunds
If you buy the letter pack and haven’t created your letter yet, you can refund it yourself from your workspace within 7 days. It goes back to the card you paid with, and your bank may take a few days to show it.
Once you’ve created your letter, that automatic refund isn’t available. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply: if the pack doesn’t work as described, email admin@fixmynameonline.com and we’ll put it right or refund you.
What we’ll never do
- Sign you up for a subscription you didn’t choose
- Use countdown timers or “only 2 left” pressure
- Add fees at checkout that weren’t on this page
- Charge you to remove anything, or promise a result for money
